Introductions

The Automatic Plastic baskets cleaning machine consists of control panel, conveying system, 3 separate cleaning units, water heating system and drying system, fully made of SUS 304. The cleaning units are equipped with water tank (with two layers of filtration mesh for each tank), pump and water jets for precleaning with detergents, cleaning by hot water of 80oC and rinsing by fresh water respectively. Filtration mesh can be taken off easily for cleaning, and water in the second tank can be heated to 80C to facilitate removing the grease or butter on utensils and to kill all bacteria thoroughly. The drying system is equipped with 8 sets of fans which can blow down the water and dry up the crates efficiently.

Working principle:

The crate cleaning equipment is equipped with an automatic induction device for feeding and discharging, a baskettray pressing levice for the upper part, a chuck device on both side to prevent the lighter basket /tray from leaving the normal track due to the outlet pressure. And the machine can automaticaly adjust the cleaning width according to the size of the tray.
