The double wall structure which make up a jacket for heating medium such as steam and thermal oil result to a faster heating effect compared with normal cooking pans. Use a hand wheel to discharge the cooked product so there is no material accumulation at drainage opening. When equipped with anchor or scraper type agitator, jacketed kettle can be also used to the production of various of liquids which are sticky or thick.

The electric heating jacketed pot uses 380V power as the heat source. The jacketed pot is equipped with electric heating rods, electric heating tubes and heat transfer oil (customer self-prepared), and the maximum temperature can reach 320 degrees.
